New Construction

Having a local interior design firm to refer will benefit builders and their clients. A client who begins interior design planning while their home is in the construction phase has a definite advantage. We can aid with all interior selections, as well as exterior finishes and color selections from the beginning stages, eliminating changes or disappointments that may occur after final decisions have been made. Our design firm houses an abundance of samples of current finishes making our studio a complete resource for all interior selections. Once selections have been finalized, detailed specification sheets will be submitted to the builder and client. Our designers are also well educated in floor plans and can assist in lighting design, space planning, and furniture arrangements.
